- Having used a Zip via the Blizzard SCSI board, I can tell you that access is
- still bad to small files, but due to the nature of the board, it doesn`t
- steal processor time like the squirrel will.

- One thing that I find useful is using a disk caching program (assuming you
- have some free memory to allocate to it) which greatly improves the speed,
- but even then, I wouldn`t keep my news files on the Zip. Your best bet is
- to do a little reorganisation, and try and put your News setup on a different
- device (if you have one)
